This dish is full of flavour, you will certainly want seconds!
Grilled New Potato Salad
Yield: 6 servings
24 oz baby new potatoes (pre-boiled)
250 ml sour cream
250ml mayonnaise
½ cup minced onion
¼ cup minced celery
¼ cup minced carrots
¼ cup minced red peppers
1/3 cup minced sweet pickles
1/3 cup minced dill pickles
1/3 cup cooked diced pancetta
1 cup chopped fresh dill
4 tbsp dry dill

Cut the boiled potatoes in half and toss with a splash of canola oil and place flesh down on hot grill, preferably non-stick like Teflon. After you have some nice grill marks on the potatoes remove from heat and put in large bowl. Add in the rest of the ingredients and toss together. Let chill, then re-toss the salad and season. Serve and enjoy!
