Meet Executive Chef – Paul Krohn

As a child I always loved my Nona’s cooking, she would tell me her secret ingredient was to love who you are cooking for, like your famiglia (family). My passion for cooking came from those days. For over a decade I have worked under some of London’s most revered Chefs, expanding on my experience I received formal training at Fanshawe College. I now own and operate Amici Ristorante, where my 15 years combined culinary education and passion are served up daily to Amici Patrons – my extended famiglia.
